With love

Your presence is the gift

Truly, having you with us is more than enough. Should you wish to honour us with something more, a contribution toward our first home and adventures together would be warmly appreciated. Details can be shared on request.

Good to know

For our guests travelling in

Many travellers can apply for a simple e-visa through the official ASAN Visa portal before arriving. Requirements vary by nationality, so please check early and allow a few business days for processing.

The local currency is the Azerbaijani manat (AZN). Cards are widely accepted in hotels and restaurants, but it’s handy to carry a little cash for taxis and smaller places.

Azerbaijani is the official language; Russian is widely understood, and English is common in hotels and at the venue. Our team will be on hand to help with anything.

You’ll arrive at Heydar Aliyev International Airport (GYD). Taxis and the Bolt app are easy and affordable. We’ll also arrange shuttles from the recommended hotels to the venue and back.

Early June in Baku is warm and mostly dry — around the high 20s°C (low 80s°F) by day. Evenings near the sea can be breezy, so a light wrap is a good idea.

Although we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We kindly ask guests to arrange childcare in advance.

Please only bring the plus one or guests listed on your invitation. If you are unsure, you can mention it in your RSVP and we will confirm.

Yes, please add any allergies, dietary requirements or preferences in the RSVP form so we can plan the menu thoughtfully.

Please plan to arrive by 16:45 so we can begin together promptly at 17:00. Parking is available on site at Buta Palace.
